This is a super easy way to make your humble side vegetables for a Sunday roast taste more exciting.
Ingredients
Carrots
Parsnips
2tbsp runny honey
1tbsp olive oil
1tsp chopped rosemary
Salt / pepper
Method
Chop the veg into sizable chunks and put in an oven proof dish. Combine the other ingredients in a bowl, making sure the honey is mixed in well with the oil. Drench the vegetables in the glaze until everything is coated and roast for a good 40 minutes. Keep an eye on it and mix it about a bit for even coverage.
