Rosemary Potatoes

This is a really easy way of making roasted potatoes a little more exciting.

500g white potatoes (Maris piper or king Edward)
Handful rosemary (chopped)
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
Olive oil


Firstly, drizzle a roasting tray with olive oil so there is a good 1/2cm layer and put in the oven which you should turn on to about 200g. Peel the potatoes and chop into square-like shapes of about 5cm.

Take the tray out of the oven and very carefully put the potatoes in, be sure not to splash yourself with the hot oil. Add the rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper and give it a good mix to make sure it is all coated well. Put in the oven for about 35 minutes and give it a mix half way through if it needs it.


Don’t overload the try otherwise the potatoes won’t crisp up.

Make sure you season well.
