This is a lovely easy side-dish that goes well alongside an East-Asian style main.
4 cloves of garlic (finely sliced)
2 red Thai chillies
1 pack of fine green beans
Toasted sesame seed oil
Heat up a frying pan and add the oil, garlic, chillies and green beans. Cook for about 8 minutes and serve immediately. Don’t overcook the beans, they are worth eating when still lovely and crunchy.
