Easy egg fried rice

Ingredients (serves 2)

400g cooked rice
2 eggs (whisked)
3 tbsp sesame seed oil (or normal oil)
3 spring onions (sliced)


Heat the oil in a wok if you have one, if not, a large flat pan will do. Add the rice and make sure it is properly cooked through. Make a whole in the rice and add the egg mixture. Leave for about 10 seconds before slowly incorporating the rice.

Add the spring onions and serve straight away.
